Students in grades 6-12 can take part in an extended reading program. Book Boxes are placed in students' lockers and contain a book and a treat that has been chosen especially to match a student's interests and personality. Students also travel to Common Read events hosted by SDSU and NSU where they meet the authors of books they have just read. This allows students to interact with and learn from popular and well-known authors.
